Review for The Moon She Rocks You by Gurutej Khalsa

I just received this review for The Moon She Rocks You by Gurutej Khalsa. The review is by Bonnie Gayle. She is a Body Liberator and the co-creator of Sex Butter.

Gurutej, in her book The Moon She Rocks You, explains so eloquently why women are so ever-changing and how our mates and relationships could really benefit from this understanding.  Women’s moon cycles, lasting 2 ½ days while men are on the Sun cycle which is 28 days easily explains why our emotions are all over the place!  I love how she breaks down each cycle, explaining where it shows up in our body, and how it affects us, our mate, and our relationships.  I can see how powerful this understanding could be to every aspect of our life.

By understanding when we are in times of strength to do something specific we could really change how we operate on a daily basis.  We have the capacity to work and live smarter instead of harder to get the same things accomplished much more easily and effortlessly.    Even when we are in times that are more challenging, Gurutej gives us many things we can do to overcome these times from eating different foods to changing some of the things we do or don’t do when we are not at our best.

As for relationships, this could be a complete game changer.  If a partner, lover, friend understands where we are at, this could really help avoid a lot of miscommunication, disagreements, and misunderstandings which could be a win win for all! 

I hope everyone gets a chance to read and figure out what their cycles are so they can start living a much happier, more fulfilling life, while avoiding some of the more unpleasant parts.
